With nCore HR, system messages can be changed without the use of a line of code.
A distinctive element of nCore HR is, in fact, customized communication, so in this part of the platform, system messages can be adapted to the company's tone of voice.
In the Node > Template > Candidate experience / Internal experience / General section, all system messages that accompany the user while using the platform are available.
The messages are divided into three parts: Candidate Experience, Internal Experience and General.
Candidate Experience
The set of messages that the candidate views or receives by email when interacting with the platform. A timeline is available where, step by step, the candidate's path within the platform is represented. By clicking on the relevant step, it is possible to edit the relevant web message and/or email
.
In this section, under Terms and conditions to accept, you must necessarily enter your own terms and conditions, while with regard to the privacy policy you can decide whether or not to activate the flag (the latter will only be visible when the Privacy template is modified using the Edit template button; otherwise the flag will not appear).
You will also have a part of Other Consents that allows you to add from 1 to 3 templates that can be used for custom legal management. Each template (Consent 1, Consent 2 and Consent 3) has:
- A Text tab where you can add the title (Template Title) and content (Template Text) you wish to have accepted
- An Acceptance tab where the Template title field must be filled in so that the Checkbox relating to the content of the previously entered Text tab appears. By inserting the Template Text of the Acceptance tab you will define the link to the content of the Text tab.
Case 1 - Requesting consent to a single content via a single Checkbox:
Fill in Consent 1 > Text Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields) > Acceptance Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields)
Case 2 - Requesting Consent to only one content via two or three Checkboxes:
Fill in [Consent 1 > Text Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields) > Acceptance Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields)] + Acceptance Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields) of Consent 2 and Consent 3 (if the third Checkbox is also desired)
Case 3 - Requesting Consent to two contents each followed by the corresponding Checkbox:
Fill in [Consent 1 > Text Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields) > Acceptance Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields)] + [Consent 2 > Text Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields) > Acceptance Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields)]
Case 4 - Requesting Consent to three contents each followed by the relevant Checkbox:
Fill in [Consent 1 > Text Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields) > Acceptance Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields)] + [Consent 2 > Text Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields) > Acceptance Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields)] + [Consent 3 > Text Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields) > Acceptance Tab (Template Title and Template Text fields)]
The flags will then be displayed on the Landing Page of the position and must be accepted by the candidate in order to proceed with the application.
Internal Experience
The set of messages that users will see when using the platform.
General
In this part it will be possible to possibly customise the notification shown to a candidate accessing a closed position and the footer on all nCore HR pages.
Using system messages in other languages
Unlike the Email Custom Communication Templates, the system templates can be translated into any language from within, by clicking on the drop-down menu and choosing the language in which the communication is to be changed.
