In the Branding part, you can customize the graphics of your environment, find useful links and set up some settings.
In the Useful Links box you will find the links Your Board, Job Board with Jobs divided graphically by Node and Your job board with filters to be used to integrate nCore HR with the Career Page of the company website (as an alternative to API integration). With the first one all published positions will appear without distinction, with the second one the positions will be graphically divided according to the Node they belong to (to have the division by Node it will be necessary to change the logo in the Branding part of the individual Subnodes) and finally with the third one you will have the possibility to filter the positions by title, country, opening date and Internal Position Dataset
The Link for info can be used to make any type of information, you consider useful, accessible to candidates, by copying and pasting it where you consider it most appropriate (on company website, in footer, etc.). The "Link for info" text should be placed in Node > Template > General > Components > Info > Generic Info.
For each of these links, you will then be able to preview them by clicking on Open in a new tab.
This part also contains the link Delete my data to be copied and shared with the candidate, in case the latter requests the deletion of his/her personal data.
Clicking on the link in question will open a page (the preview is always available via the Open in a new tab button) where the candidate will have to enter his/her email address and, in doing so, the system will automatically delete all his/her data.
Proceeding to Node > Branding > Preview Links, you will have access to a series of links with a preview of the settings made in the following part.
By accessing Node > Branding > Brand Customisation, in fact, it will be possible to determine the language of the environment, the Public Name (this is the name requested and displayed by some jobboards, is the name shown in the position browser tab and is the name that will appear, if set, in the position sharing URL) and the Display Sender Name, i.e. the name of the sender that is displayed in communications sent by nCore (both to the applicant and internally). If a new Node is created, it will inherit the same Public Name and Display Sender Name values as the Parent Node.
Below you will be able to upload:
- Favicon/Web Icon image file (png format and min. width 64 pixels x height 64 pixels);
- Logo image File (jpg, gif or png format and min. width 500 pixels x height 100 pixels);
- Logo image File for PDFs: the company logo that was entered in the Logo section is automatically used for the generation of documents generated by nCore (PDF or Word). If the logo that was previously uploaded was white in colour, the rendering on the document will not be visible, so another logo of a different colour could be uploaded (jpg, gif or png format and minimum resolution 500 pixels wide);
- Web BG image file (jpg, gif or png format and min. width 1024 pixels);
- Image for sharing: The image entered will be used to go with the publication of the position's link on various channels (e.g. LinkedIn). If no file is entered in this field, the background image for the web will automatically be displayed;
- Waiting Room BG image file (jpg, gif or png format and min. width 1024 pixels).
Further down you can also define: the colours of the form of the Landing Page/Job Board (Primary colour), the subtitles of the Landing Page/Job Board (Secondary colour) and so on.
Scrolling down, it is also possible to set the Font, a moving image as the background of the Landing Page (Video Background)* and you can optionally activate:
- the logo positioned at the top of the application pages (Show logo in public web views);
- the footer positioned at the bottom of application pages (Show footer in public views);
- the sticky footer allowing the footer to be fixed and always visible, even while scrolling the page (Enable Sticky footer);
- the overlay which is for the web background that adds a semi-transparent black/white layer (depending on your configuration) over the background image. In this way, the image is less distracting (Enable overlay in web background).
You can also change the colour of the button referring to the Call to Action to proceed with the application on the Landing Page of the position (the same setting is also applied to the button appearing in the email requesting the candidate to fill in the Dataset), while in Advanced Languages are set the languages to be enabled for the platform.
* The image must be uploaded to a public cloud, such as Amazon Bucket S3 or, alternatively, you can also use images that are already on the customer's corporate site.
In Advanced Settings there is the option of making Private the node you are working on.
This option can be useful, for example, when managing special projects, as positions published on a Private Node are not shared on the company website and the related applications will not be visible and searchable in CoreSearch.
Finally, in Advanced Settings, you can decide whether to enable or disable by default for the entire node the photo request during the application.
The photo request, if enabled, will be included in the fourth step of the application (the one after the scored questions), in which the applicant will see a page where he/she can choose to proceed with or without a photo.
If they decide not to skip this step, they will have the possibility of uploading the photo from PC or taking it directly with webcam.
If the applicant agrees to upload a photo, it will be used as a picture in their personal profile.
It should also be decided whether the Feedback request should be included in the last steps of the application.
By feedback request we mean the possibility for the applicant to evaluate the application experience from 1 to 5 and possibly leave a comment. This option can be enabled by flagging Ask feedback.
Once the desired settings have been set, you need simply to click on Update in the bottom right-hand corner and the system will automatically update the settings.
Under Node Layout Customisation, the layout of the position's Landing Page can be defined.
