Below are the new features released on nCore HR in February 2026.
The Applicant Ban feature introduces the possibility to exclude feedback left by a candidate from the overall statistics. For each applied ban, it is now possible to view who applied it, when it was applied, and the reason for it. The ban can be managed from the single position, Core Search, and the candidate search, and is available only to recruiters enabled for this feature. External users do not have visibility of the ban.
In the single position statistics, a new chart has been added showing the number of candidates who have passed through the various pipeline steps. Additionally, a new tab has been added to the position statistics export, reporting these figures. Each time a candidate is moved to a step, the system records the transition, allowing analysis of the recruitment process trend in addition to the current distribution of candidates across the different steps.
