The following are the new features released on nCore HR in January 2026.
- In the Active Search function, a notes field has been added to profiles imported from LinkedIn into nCore. Once the profile is converted into an application, the tracked notes will be available in the application profile under the Additional Data tab.
- Also in Active Search, it is now possible to download an Excel file of all LinkedIn-imported profiles that have not yet been converted into applications.
- When copying an application to a new position, it is now possible, via a dedicated flag, to copy the data collected through datasets sent via pipeline automations.
- Document previews within the application profile, such as CVs, can now be opened in a new tab via a dedicated button for improved viewing.
