The following are the new features released on nCore HR in April 2025.
-
The note sent to the External Recruiter during the assignment of a position is now accessible by the recruiter in the external access, within the list of authorized External Recruiters;
-
In the External Recruiter interface, a dropdown menu has been added that allows filtering positions by the following statuses: All positions, Open positions, Closed positions, Archived positions, Incoming positions. Additionally, a flag has been introduced to display positions with expired access;
-
The text within the external access template has been updated, specifying that the start and end dates refer solely to the visibility of the template and not the contractual validity with external agencies. The visibility of the template does not affect active accesses during the period when the template was available;
-
A feature has been introduced allowing the position owner to be changed via the Change position owner field under the Advanced Settings tab, which is visible when editing the position itself;
-
In Core Search, when extracting the list of candidates from the database, it is now possible to enable columns for pipeline name, address, city, province, postal code, and country;
-
In Core Search it is also possible to select multiple pipeline steps to extract the list of candidates in those steps;
-
It is now possible to share the CV analysis performed by artificial intelligence (AI ranking) with internal or external users who do not have an nCore account. Under the Share tab, in the sharing options, you can enable or disable the flag to include the AI analysis. This way, you can choose to share both the CV and the AI analysis, or in blind mode, share only the AI analysis without revealing the candidate's CV;
-
The date and time when a candidate is selected via the cup button are now recorded in the candidate's timeline.
