The performance of the selection process carried out in nCore HR can be evaluated in the Statistics section under Node. In this section, basic data to understand the progress of the selection process is available.
If you accessed the parent node, the statistics in this section would refer to the positions of the Parent node and all subnodes connected to it. On the contrary, if you accessed a specific Subnode, the statistics in this section would refer to the positions of the latter and any Subnodes connected to it.
However, it is also possible to retrieve data relating to each individual position by clicking on the Statistics button of the specific position in the Positions section.
You can generate a report and download an Excel file with all statistical data, both per node and per position, by clicking on the Export data button in the top right corner.
By accessing the Node > Statistics section at the top of the page that opens, it will be possible to set the precise time frame to calculate the statistics.
To define the time frame simply click on Advanced Filter, enter the dates and click on Submit.
The Statistics Start Date corresponds to the creation of the Node. This can be changed at the Parent Node level by accessing Node > Setup > Other > Statistics Start Date and, once set, will be inherited by all other Sub-nodes. If this field is not set, the system will automatically use the Node creation date as the start date, which may differ between Parent Node and Sub-Node.
Under Overall Stats you will find statistics showing: the total number of applications that were selected by clicking the cup button, the total number of candidates, the percentage of increase in the number of candidates (calculated over the selected time period and time period before that; so if the last two weeks are selected, the calculation will be based on the last two weeks and the previous two), the total number of open positions and finally the Time to Hire* and Time to Fill**.
* Time to Hire: time elapsed between the date when the position is posted and the selection of the candidate; to track this data and thus define the candidate as selected, you need to click the cup button on the candidate's profile in the top right corner .
** Time to Fill: Time elapsed between the opening of a position and its closing.
In Channel Landings, the middle part of the chart shows the total number of landings and the percentage of Landings for each channel on which the position has been shared.
A Landing is when a candidate arrives at the position's landing page, but not necessarily continues into the application.
Therefore, the calculation displays the total number of landings on the page (including candidates who stopped at the Landing page and did not enter the process).
In Ranking channels conversion, the graph shows the channel conversion, displayed for each channel used to post the position. This figure shows, compared to the total number of Landings, the number of candidates who actually went on with the application.
In Channels conversion, the Landings and Applications data are outlined for each position-sharing channel.
Further on, in Applications progress, application trends are outlined, displaying the percentage of those who completed the application Inbox, those who were considered as Non-compliant (via the distance filter or the killer questions) and those who left the application process in the Datasets and Questions step.
Datasets rate and Questions rate show whether the drop-out rate of candidates in the Datasets and Questions step is Perfect (few dropped out), Normal (a reasonable number dropped out) or High loss (several candidates dropped out).
Below, Video recorded shows the percentage of candidates who recorded at least one video reply in the application step of the recorded video interview and candidates who did not record any video reply.
The applications considered are only those that received an invitation to the recorded video interview.
Next, Top Recruiters tracks the top 5 recruiters of the environment, i.e. those who moved the most applications into the pipeline, thus also defining the number of applications moved by each recruiter.
In Applications aggregation, the charts reveal the number of applicants who, in a given time frame, have: completed the application (Inbox), been rejected by the system (Non-compliant), not yet completed the application (In progress), been manually imported (Manually imported) via the Import candidate function on the position page, and been moved from one position to another (Moved).
Scrolling further, in Candidate experience the chart shows the percentage of ratings (from 1 to 5) left by the candidates in the last step of their application (if enabled), relating to the Feedback form.
In Trend candidate experience, the trend of the evaluation (from 1 to 5) provided by the candidates on the applications is underlined.
The following chart is Showed applications, in which the percentages of applications that were actually displayed (Showed) and those that were never opened (Not showed) are displayed.
These percentages only include applications from the Inbox step (Non-compliant are excluded).
The following graph (Processed Applications) represents the percentage of processed candidates. Processed means all the candidates of the positions belonging to the reference node and any Subnodes connected to it that have been moved from Inbox to any step in the pipeline (The percentage does not include Not compliant candidates).
Additional data are displayed in the Source conversion section:
- Candidated: The total number of candidates (Total), and those Converted are the ones who have reached at least the Dataset step;
- Invitation: The total number of candidates invited from the drop-down menu (Total), and those Converted are the ones who actually applied (entered the Dataset step);
- Cloned: The total number of candidates moved from one position to another (Total), and those Converted are the ones who have actually applied (entered the Dataset step);
- Manually added: the total number of candidates manually added via the Import candidate function on the position page (Total), and those Converted are the ones who have actually applied (entered the Dataset step).
In the Invitation Conversion section, the conversion rate of candidates invited to apply from the drop-down menu is displayed, i.e. those candidates who were invited and then actually applied.
Finally, the Applications Day Aggregation graph shows the days of the week and the time slots in which the positions belonging to the Reference Node and any Subnodes connected to it achieved the most conversions. Conversions are understood to be all Landings (views) of positions that actually entered the application processes.
