nCore HR has recently launched new AI-based features to optimize the recruitment process and active research on external channels.
The new AI Ranking feature allows recruiters to quickly assess the compatibility of candidates with open positions. Within the candidates section, there is an icon called AI Ranking that provides a qualitative analysis of the CV, along with a numerical score ranging from 1 to 100. This score reflects how closely a candidate’s profile matches the job requirements, offering an in-depth overview of their professional experience, skills, and academic background.
The AI - Optimize Inclusivity tool, introduced by nCore HR, analyzes job descriptions to improve the inclusivity of the language used. The tool suggests changes to avoid stereotypical or discriminatory terms, making job postings more accessible to all candidates.
Finally, the new Active Search Plug-in feature simplifies talent search on external channels. Thanks to a browser extension, recruiters can easily import candidate profiles directly into nCore and create personalized messages.
Additionally, the AI Matching feature has been renamed to Keyword Matching and has been visually updated. Instead of the traditional bar, the matching is now displayed with a circular progress bar. When hovering over the icon, the keywords identified in the CV are shown.
