Below are the new features released on nCore HR in May 2026
A new configuration option has been introduced to manage data retention settings at node level, allowing different policies to be defined for specific countries or organizational structures in line with the system’s node-based configuration. Data retention is applied at candidate level and, in case of multiple applications across different nodes, the longest configured retention period will be applied.
