For actively searching for candidates on LinkedIn, nCore HR offers a dedicated feature to import profiles into an open position within its environment.
By browsing LinkedIn and accessing the profile page of interest, the user can launch the nCore LinkedIn Extension. In the plugin that opens, they need to click on Go to login to access the nCore HR environment. Once logged in, within the plugin, they must select the Node and the position where they wish to import the profile, then click on Recover profile.
The imported profile will appear in the Profiles added section, which provides a summary of candidates imported through active search. For each added profile, it is possible to generate a personalized message based on the available information in the Experience section. The message can be easily copied and pasted into the chat.
To view profiles added by colleagues through active search, simply click on the icon to refresh the list. In the top right corner, the gear icon
offers several options:
- Clear position: Delete the list of added profiles for the current position in the plugin;
- Clear all positions: Reset all profile lists in the plugin;
- Refresh nodes/positions: Update the list of nodes and positions in case of recent changes.
The added profile will be saved in the Active Search folder within the nCore HR environment, in the selected position.
By clicking on the first and last name, a profile card with all retrieved information from LinkedIn will be displayed. To convert the profile into an application for the open position, simply click on Create application. The newly created application will be visible in the Manual Add folder and can be managed through the dropdown menu and pipeline. Profiles converted into applications will no longer appear in the list of added profiles in the LinkedIn plugin for that position.
