Within the position, you have the possibility to submit candidates to some assessments to evaluate their soft and hard skills.
In fact, by selecting the relevant candidates from the list and clicking on the Assessment option in the drop-down menu Select applicant/s and choose an action, you can automatically request a specific test by e-mail. This will result in a report based on the analysis of the candidate's data and integrated into the respective form.
The Assessments integrated with nCore HR are Hogan and Giunti. For each of these you will have the Invitation, Reminder and Completion Templates automatically sent to the candidate (Node > Template > Candidate experience > Extra). At the end of the assigned test, the Assessment tab will appear within the profile, allowing you to consult the relevant assessment.
- Hogan Assessment: nCore HR enables candidates to undergo Hogan Assessments, i.e. personality tests that allow you to identify your candidates' strengths, interpersonal skills, attitudes and competences. In particular, the platform supports the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan General Employability Report (GER) and the Hogan Configure. To enable the assessment in your environment, you need to have signed the contract with the supplier and request the nCore HR team for activation.
- Giunti Psychometrics: from your environment, you can also request Giunti psychometric tests. You can assess your candidates through personality tests based on the Big Five theory (BFQ-2), through tests that measure antifragility (AFQ) and through the M4DAQ you can also assess the digital mindset as the ability to use new technologies. To enable the assessment in your environment, you need to have signed the contract with the supplier and ask the nCore HR team for activation.
