During the selection process, candidates can be invited to complete the Soft Skills AI Fit assessment, which effectively evaluates their soft skills by analyzing their personality.
The assessment is available as an add-on and can be activated on request within your environment. To send it, select the candidates from the list and click on Soft Skills AI Fit from the dropdown menu.
The candidate will receive an email with a link to complete the assessment, which consists of two phases:
- A personality test consisting of 12 closed-ended questions
- 3 video questions to be answered in an asynchronous video interview
The 12 test questions are designed to outline the candidate’s main personality traits and associate them with a defined personality profile including specific soft skills. At the end of the test, the candidate will see a results screen with a description of their profile.
The 3 video questions are generated by the AI based on the results of the personality test:
- The first question is intended to explore the dominant trait that emerged in the candidate’s profile
- The second and third questions focus on the less developed traits—those where the candidate scored lower
How to interpret the Soft Skills AI Fit results
Once the candidate completes the personality test by answering the 12 questions, the recruiter immediately gains visibility of the result within the candidate's profile. This initial result, marked in gold, provides a general description of the personality profile associated with the candidate’s responses, highlighting the typical traits of that type. This is a standard analysis, not yet personalized, and is accompanied by suggested questions to ask during the interview with candidates who fall into that specific profile.
To receive a personalized and more in-depth analysis, the candidate must also complete the asynchronous video interview. Only then can the AI generate a detailed report that links the identified traits with the specific requirements of the position, providing a clear indication of how the candidate’s soft skills align with the role. Once the video responses are recorded, the result color changes from gold to blue.
At this stage, a suggested interview question is also provided. Unlike the generic questions from the first analysis, this question is highly personalized—tailored to the candidate’s individual characteristics to support a more focused and meaningful conversation during the interview.
