nCore HR has introduced WhatsApp Apply to simplify the candidate experience for those using mobile devices. This option is available as an add-on and can be activated on request within your environment.
To enable it, simply access the Summary step during the creation of a position and select the WhatsApp flag in the bottom right corner.
When the flag is active, candidates visiting the position's landing page from a mobile device will see the WhatsApp button appear. Alternatively, the traditional application method will always remain available.
Clicking the WhatsApp button will automatically open a chat with the nCore HR AI bot, which will guide the candidate through the application process. The bot will collect all the information required for the position, including any configured Datasets and scored questions, submitting them directly to the candidate within the chat.
Once the WhatsApp application is completed, the candidate will be registered for the position:
- If they have answered all questions, they'll appear in the Inbox folder.
- If they abandoned the chat before completing the application, they'll be placed in the In Progress folder.
