By accessing the position, in the center of the screen you will have visibility of the candidates present in the position, i.e. those candidates who have been added manually via the Add Applicants option in the top right-hand corner or those who have applied via the position sharing link accessible via the Share button.
Again in the top right-hand corner, you will then have available the position Description entered by the Client when creating the position.
In the list of candidates, you will be able to view the candidate's profile with all the information collected during the application phase, by simply clicking on the First Name and Last Name.
At the top of the list, by clicking on one or more items from the Data Visibility drop-down menu, it will be possible to make the relevant columns visible or not, showing the respective data provided by the candidate or mapped through the Datasets.
Immediately next to it you will find the Select Applicant(s) and Choose an Action menu that will allow you to invite candidates to complete the application and/or invite them to the Video Interview (if any).
To be able to forward invitations, you will first need to select the candidates concerned and then select the respective action from the drop-down-list.
On the left-hand side you will find the Overview of the status of the candidates in the position:
- the In Progress folder collects candidates who have not yet finished their application;
- in Inbox all candidates who have completed the application are collected;
- in Non-compliant will appear candidates who have been rejected by the system (through the distance filter and/or scored questions);
- in Cloned you will find candidates who previously applied for another position and were moved to the current one you are working in;
- In Choosed you will find the candidates selected through the Choose button inside the candidate's profile
If you are enabled to manage candidates within the Pipeline, you will also have access to the Pipeline, which will appear above the Overview.
The Hiring Pipeline is a selection funnel whose steps represent the stages of the process leading to the recruitment of candidates.
In order to proceed with the management of the selection process, you will therefore need to drag and drop candidates into the various steps of the funnel (either by holding down on the candidate's image in the list and moving them manually to a specific step or by selecting one or more candidates from the list and moving them via the Move in Pipeline item from the Select Applicant(s) and Choose an Action menu which will appear when you are enabled to manage candidates).
Automatisms may have been activated within the Pipeline, i.e. automatic sending of communications or requests for further data which will be received by those candidates positioned in the steps where the automatisms have been set.
The presence of automatisms is indicated by the following icon .
Please note: If you are also enabled to manage all candidates in the position, in that case you will have complete visibility of the candidates in the position, thus finding both your own candidates and those arriving from other channels.
