Within the position in the top right-hand corner are the options required to bring candidates to the assigned position.
The Description button provides the details of the position, including the job description entered by the customer during creation, the status of the position, the activity period defined for the search, the total number of candidates and, finally, it will also indicate whether you have been enabled to manage the Pipeline and all candidates in the position.
The Share option allows you to copy the url or QR code of the position, so that you can give visibility to the position by sharing it on Job Boards or other channels normally used.
If you already have a list of candidates to be included in the position, you can use the Add Applicants function.
With the Manual Add option you will insert the candidates' profile into the position manually (by filling in the First Name, Last Name and Email fields). With the Csv Import function, on the other hand, the contacts uploaded via the file will also receive an invitation to apply. The Csv file must include the First Name, Last Name and Email of the candidates to be imported. With this last option, in fact, the imported candidates will receive by e-mail a link to access the position and send their application. This modus operandi is recommended for the correct handling of candidate data in compliance with the GDPR.
