From the list of candidates, it is possible to view default information, e.g. photo, candidate name, etc.
In order to access the information collected on the candidate, you have to enter the personal file by clicking on the candidate's first and last name. The candidate's profile will appear as follows:
A series of tabs with precise information is available:
- In the Overview tab, name, surname and email, which are the personal data requested by default when applying, are displayed. To these are added any other information requested from the candidate via system Datasets (home address, mobile phone, CV) and/or Custom Datasets created ad hoc, if the customer set these up during the position setup phase. All fields within the candidate's form, except the e-mail address, are editable; therefore, any data can be changed manually (including replacing the CV with another upload).
- The next tab is that of Internal Datasets which will only be displayed if this type of Dataset has been activated for the position in question. In addition, in order to be able to view and compile them, it is also necessary that the Client has enabled the External Recruiter user type to view them.
- If score questions have been activated in the application, the Questions tab will also appear in the candidate's tab, in which the questions, the candidate's answers and the achieved score will be visible.
- The Map tab shows the geolocation of the candidate. In case the Customer had activated the distance filter (the function that allows setting a maximum number of KM between the candidate's home/residence address and the address of the Customer's office and possibly discarding candidates who live too far away), in this part the system would also highlight the geographical distance to the location address.
- In the next tab called Video you will be able to review the candidate's asynchronous Video interview (if set in the application).
- The Previews tab instead shows the previews of any documents uploaded by the candidate (CV, identity card, etc.). Please note: the preview is only available for documents uploaded in PDF format, whereas to view any documents in Word you will need to click on "Download" close to the document:
In the upper section of the profile, you have the Rating which allows you to evaluate the candidate from 1 to 5. In addition, there is the possibility of selecting the Choose button. The latter defines the candidate as selected and allows the recruiter to track in the statistics section the Time to Hire (time elapsed between the opening of the position and selection of the candidate; by the selection we mean having clicked the cup button).
