Manager licenses offer limited access to the platform, with specific visibility and functions that include:
- Viewing statistics related to Nodes and positions;
- Viewing the list of Nodes;
- Access to the list of authorization processes;
- Managing Position Models, without the ability to open new positions;
- Filling out the Internal Dataset;
- Evaluating candidates within a profile;
- Selecting candidates via the cup button
(Time to Hire);
- Connecting to and using the Calendar Manager and Communicator;
- Organizing Live Interviews with candidates;
- Accessing the candidate database.
In addition to these tasks, managers have the ability to request the opening of new positions. In the top left corner of the platform, they will find the Request new position function, which allows them to send a request to recruiters.
On the page that opens, the manager must fill in the required fields, such as language and position title. They can also enter additional information such as the pipeline, description, status, opening date, and closing date. Once saved, the request will be stored in the Position Requests folder, where the manager will have visibility of:
- Status: new, in progress, or published. "In progress" indicates that the position is saved as a draft by the recruiter;
- Recruiter who has taken charge of the request;
- Request date;
- Assigned: the date when the recruiter took charge of the position.
Until the request is taken over by the recruiter, the manager can delete or modify it. The recruiter will see the request in the Position requests section, where they can view who sent it, review the details, and decide whether to save it as a draft or publish it.
