After creating a position, it is important to give it visibility.
Integration with the company website
In order to be able to publish the positions created on nCore HR directly on your company website, you have two integration possibilities:
1. API integration: The following article provides all the necessary information for developers.
With this type of integration, the positions published on nCore HR can be published on a page under the customer's domain that is totally customised without graphic constraints, allowing continuity with the corporate site (it will also allow you to define which positions are to be published and which are to remain private).
2. Integration via the nCore HR career page: In the Branding > Useful Links part, one of the three links provided by nCore can be used to link the corporate site with the page under the ncoreplat.com domain containing the published positions. The three links, in fact, will make it possible, once the position has been created and the Publish position button selected, to make it automatically visible on the corporate Career page.
Once one of the three links has been chosen, it will then be inserted into your own website and this will collect all the published positions, arranging them on a predefined nCore Career page, where only a few graphic aspects, such as the logo, background image, font and colours, can be set.
The three links provided by nCore HR are:
a) Your Board: this is the simple integration link through which all published positions of all Nodes will be collected.
In case you have a Parent Node A and a website A, but you want to publish the positions of Sub-Node B on a website B, then you will need to access the Branding of Sub-Node B, copy the Your Board link and insert it into website B. In this way, the positions will flow into the corporate site B and no longer into site A.
b) Job Board with Jobs divided graphically by Node: the positions will be divided graphically according to the Node they belong to (in order to have the division by Node, it will be necessary to change the logo in the Branding part of the individual Sub-Nodes).
c) Your Job Board with filters: with this other link the candidate will have the possibility to filter positions by title, country, opening date and Internal Position Dataset (to activate it, the relevant box must be ticked inside the creation interface of the Internal Position Dataset of interest).
When creating a position, the Pin Position flag will be available in the Summary step, allowing it to be placed at the top of the Job Board list provided by nCore HR (valid for all three integration links). Highlighting the position in the Job Board with Jobs divided graphically by Node will also define the position of the relevant Node at the top of the page.
Job boards
nCore HR provides a number of job boards, both for free and for a fee (the latter marked with the symbol ).
In order to share positions on one or more job boards, they must first be enabled by clicking on Node > Setup > Advanced Setup > Supplier. Some job boards will require additional fields to be filled in (e.g. user name or password), which can be found in the contract with the provider.
Once activated, this will be visible via the Actions bar in the list of published positions. The Post to Job board button next to the position concerned will display all activated job boards. To proceed with sharing, simply click on Share and, if required, fill in some additional fields. The Post to job board button will also show the publication percentage of the position in relation to the activated job boards and, by hovering the cursor over it, you can see the publication details
In the event that a position is closed, the publication will also be automatically interrupted on the selected job boards and if the position is reopened a second time, it will be possible to decide whether to reactivate also the shares on the same job boards (republication is only possible on job boards managed by XML feed, while for those managed via API it will not be possible).
As far as job boards managed via XML feed are concerned, it will also be possible to pause position publishing.
Sharing links
In addition, it is possible to generate the sharing link by clicking on Share.
Specific links can be created based on the channels used to publish the position (other than the 'classic' channels such as job board or company website). For example, to activate a campaign on Facebook, it is advisable to create a specific link so that the conversion of this channel can be evaluated. To do this, simply add a name in the Link name field and select the channel in which that link is published (in this case Facebook). The generated links, which can be shortened or printed as a QR code and used offline, will all point to the landing page of the position, but in the Statistics part the data will be divided up by channel.
Sourcing
Within the position you will finally have the option of outsourcing the search for suitable candidates.
By creating one or more Sourcing you will be able to outsource the promotion of the position to external agencies, whose recruiters will also be able to manage all or part of the selection through the nCore HR External Recruiter tool.
Quick Apply with WhatsApp*
nCore has implemented the Quick Apply method via the WhatsApp channel available only for mobile devices.
To activate this method, you need to go to the Summary step in the position creation phase, click on the WhatsApp tab in the bottom right-hand corner and click on ON.
Candidates who land on the landing page via mobile will see the WhatsApp button to make a quick application. Alternatively, they can make the classic application by filling in the form below.
Clicking the WhatsApp button will open the chat with nCore HR. Guided by the automatic bot, the candidate will have to enter their email, surname, first name and CV (one file or one photo). The latter only if it has been activated as a Dataset for the position in question.
At this point on the candidate side the application is completed and the recruiter will be able to find it within the position in the Quick Apply folder of the Overview. The information collected in the profile will be First Name, Last Name, Email, and possibly the CV and mobile phone number if these two Datasets were present for the position.
Attention: If the candidate comes from External recruiter and has made a quick application, then he/she will appear in both the Whatsapp and the Sourcing folder.
*This function is not active by default in the environment. To activate it, please contact your reference agent.
